The camera is an item which can be picked up by either infected and innocents. The main job of the camera is to stun the Terrors and/or expel them. 1 camera shot is needed to stun the Terrors, and if timed well, it can save an innocent. Each camera has 2 charges which are displayed as 50%. There are only 3 Cameras in first stage (6 charges).
Tips[ | ]
- As an infected, getting both cameras in 1st stage means that you can hunt on prey because they can't defend themselves (without a trap or other light items).
- Always use 1 camera shot and then start using the torch or shoot terrors when possible.
- Make sure you time your camera shots right, especially from further distances, so that it stuns and/or expels the terror. You can know when your camera shot will hit if the terror has a small white box around it's head.
- Try and bait terrors with the camera by pulling it out early at a long distance to make them dodge it, and then run away to gain some extra distance on them.
