Game Features[ | ]

  • Halloween cosmetics have been added to the game! Every player is gifted 3 Halloween unlocks when they open the game, and more will be available to win when we release our 'Lost and Found' chest unlocking system next week.
  • The main menu and character select interfaces have had a complete overhaul.
  • Innocent's name tags are now only shown in the night time to the infected when they're in terror form.
  • Removed the "master volume" setting and replaced with SFX/Music/Dialogue options.
  • The last killed innocent no longer bleeds out and instead just dies instantly (provided they don't have an antidote).
  • The lethal injection now causes instant death, instead of bleeding out


Balancing changes[ | ]

  • Terrors speed has been increased from 10% to 20% faster than humans
  • Terror execution now costs 50% more
  • Knifing is now twice as quick
  • Terrors can now swipe twice as often


Bug Fixes[ | ]

  • Fixed issue where player sometimes couldn't look up or down after executing
  • Stopped the ability of being able to lethal inject when downed
  • Volume options now persist when you re-open the game.
  • Fixed potential crash associated with the escape door.
  • Solved an issue when you force quit the game (alt+f4) you're now correctly removed from the party
  • Fixed a bug that when you have the escape menu open when leaving the game, you'd have a blurry screen when you next enter the game.
  • Solved issues with waypoints showing incorrectly for the next floor.
  • Waypoints no longer show in the top left corner for 1 frame when they're first initialized
  • Rewrote large portions of the lobby system in order to improve stability.
  • Fixed issues with people using specific characters in their steam username.
  • Alex no longer shows he is wearing glasses when he isn't
  • Objective time no longer decreases if contested
  • Multiple issues with executions have been addressed
  • Party lists are now properly cleared when connection is lost to our server
  • Fixed a bug that made it difficult to execute innocents while sprinting


Environment[ | ]

  • Decorated the map with Halloween decorations.
  • Added more polish to the swimming pool area, including water in the pool


Audio[ | ]

  • Added volume settings for SFX, Music and Dialogue
  • Fixed bug where reverb channel wasn't affected by volume settings
  • Added missing SFX and Game Master dialogue on round start
  • Started to add round end audio
  • Fixed missing/wrong execution SFX
  • Improved objective contested sound
  • Main menu music fades out when searching for a game

  • Added Death Syringe animations
  • Updated 3rd person infected execution animation
